What is the TWC Community Rewards Club?

Time Warner Cable values our customers and we want to say Thank You! We designed the TWC Community Rewards Club to reward our customers with discounts to places and happenings in the community, based on the partnerships we’ve built. New partner discounts and special events will be ongoing throughout the year.


How do I become a TWC Community Rewards Club member?

Being a Time Warner Cable customer is all that is needed.  All customers in good standing with the company will receive their complimentary Rewards Card in their June monthly statement. Just peel off the card at the bottom of the insert and you’re able to take advantage of the rewards!


I’ve lost my card, how do I get a new one?

In the event that your card is lost, you can go to our online form and fill in the information to receive a new card.  Be sure to include all of the information, incomplete requests cannot be fulfilled. Delivery of your new card will take place within 4-5 weeks of your request. 


I’ve requested a new card but it hasn’t arrived.

Replacement card processing takes between 4-5 weeks of your replacement request. If it has been longer than 5 weeks, please contact our office at 1-800-756-7956.


How do I find out if the offers for the TWC Community Rewards Club have changed?

To view all of our current offers, just visit this website, or call 1-866-859-0030 to listen to the current offers. Community partners may change or the offers presented by each partner may be updated, so be sure to check in with any of the above offer descriptions.  You can also sign up for our e-mail list to receive notice when any of the offer change. Just enter your name and email address at the top of the page.


How do I receive my discount at the community partner locations?

Just present your TWC Community Rewards Club card while visiting the community partner and you’ll receive their current Rewards Club offer.


How long are these discounts valid?

Each of the community partner discounts are detailed with an expiration date. Please read through the details to confirm the expiration date of the offer you are interested in using.


Can I be notified when an offer changes in the TWC Community Rewards Club?

Absolutely!  We would be happy to update you by email whenever an offer changes.  Just go to our feedback form, fill in your information and place a checkmark in the "recieve updates by e-mail" checkbox and you will be included on our e-mailing list.


How long is my card valid?

The card is valid for one year. You will receive a new Card June of each year as long as you remain a Time Warner Cable customer in good standing.


Can I get more than one card for my family?

We are only issuing one card per customer/household.
